ABOUT LA FORET
Sprawled among more than 400 acres of Ponderosa pine forest and scenic meadows, the nonprofit La Foret provides a welcome haven as a conference and retreat center located just north of Colorado Springs and just east of Interstate 25.
La Foret has meeting, dining and sleeping facilities for groups large and small. We cater to people from all walks of life and all cultural and religious backgrounds. La Foret is a place of serenity, connection with nature and fellowship.
Two Buildings: Ponderosa Lodge and Taylor Memorial Chapel are on the National Historic Register
La Foret is currently working on protecting their land for generations to come by participating in "open space" programs.
Proceeds from MeadowGrass help to grow the festival as well as preserve La Foret.
